News Flash, as you are most likely aware, you are not alone. To those home buyers on a budget where in Metro Vancouver should you invest?

Vancity has created a new report that measures the median home prices in districts across Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island. This report analyzes and compares them against the average household income for that area.

According to Vancity's report, in regards to all home types combined, Langley City was the most affordable, followed by Sooke and Victoria. West Vancouver, Lions Bay and North Vancouver were the least affordable.
